1. Services
The Social Addition provides wedding and event content creation services using primarily iPhone and social-first content capture methods. Services may include:
Raw photo and video content
Edited short-form videos
Event recap videos
Behind-the-scenes coverage
Social media-ready content delivery
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date.
Dates are not officially reserved until the deposit is received.
Remaining balances must be paid on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation by the client, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of The Social Addition.
4. Content Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are:
Raw content within 24 hours
Edited videos within 48 hours
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, holidays, or technical issues.
5. Creative Style
Clients acknowledge that they are hiring The Social Addition for its specific creative style and editing approach. Final content is delivered at the creative discretion of The Social Addition.
6. Photographer & Videographer Coordination
Wedding content creation is designed to complement — not replace — professional photography or videography services. Clients understand that content captured is primarily intended for social media and behind-the-scenes purposes.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event information
Communicate timeline updates
Inform vendors that a content creator will be present
Ensure a safe working environment during the event
8. Travel
Travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed prior to booking confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to capture all meaningful moments, The Social Addition cannot guarantee the capture of every requested moment due to the live nature of events.
The Social Addition is not liable for:
Missed moments due to schedule delays or venue restrictions
Technical malfunctions outside reasonable control
Loss caused by weather, venue limitations, or vendor interference
10. Usage Rights
The Social Addition retains the right to use captured content for:
Portfolio use
Website content
Social media marketing
Promotional materials
Clients may request privacy exclusions in writing before the event date.
11. Website Use
All website content, branding, videos, graphics, and copy are the intellectual property of The Social Addition and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
The Social Addition reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
